EGG SALAD: Instant healthy-tasty salad!!!




EGG WHITE WITH SPRING ONION !!!


INGRIDIENTS

·         Boiled egg white (keep the yolks for garnishing)
·         Chopped spring onion (medium size)
·         Mustered or olive oil (as per choice)
·         White salt or black salt (as per taste)
·         Roughly crushed egg yolk.
·         Pomegranate seeds
·         Pinch of turmeric


TRIED & TASTED METHOD:

·         In a bowl, take sliced pieces of egg whites
·         Sauté the chopped spring onions in a non-stick pan with a tea spoon of mustered or olive oil, added a pinch of turmeric to it
·         Mix spring onion in sliced egg whites
·         Add pomegranate seeds for a sweet punch and to give it a colorful appearance of green, white and red.
·        Add salt to taste and garnish with roughly crushed egg yolk (1 or 2 yolks).
·         It is ready to serve.

INGRIDIENTS

·         Boiled egg white (keep the yolks garnishing)
·         Sliced tomato
·         Sliced radish
·         Chopped coriander
·         Mustered or olive oil (for dressing)
·         White salt or black salt (as per taste)
·         A tea spoon of lemon juice

TRIED & TASTED METHOD
·         In a bowl, take pieces of egg whites cut into cubes
·         Mix sliced veggies and chopped coriander with egg whites
·         Sprinkle half a teaspoon oil of your choice & lemon juice
·         Add salt to taste.
·         It is ready to have.
