CHUTNEY - THICK SAUCE RECIPEIS !!!




GOOSEBERRY & CORIANDER CHUTNEY !!!
Gooseberries are also known as Amla or Aamlokhi.


TRIED & TASTED METHOD -

Sliced amla without seeds
Chopped coriander
Green chilies (as per taste)
Salt and
2/3 drops of mustered oil
  1. Make a paste of all the ingredients in a mixture grinder
  2. To make it a fine paste, add tea spoon of warm water
  3. If you like sweet & spicy, can add one grated spoon of jiggery and ginger.
  4.  Now, add salt and drops of mustered oil, mix well 

  A tasty and healthy chutney is ready to have with rice/chapatti/paratha/fritters




BLACK CHICKPEAS CHUTNEY !!!
Black chickpeas are known as Kala channa or Boot



TRIED & TASTED METHOD -

Black chickpeas soaked in water
Chopped Masundari leafs
Green chilies whole (as per taste)
Salt and
2/3 drops of mustered oil

  1. In a mixture grinder paste black chickpeas and masundari leafs
  2. Add green chilies, salt and drops of mustered oil
  3. for a fine paste add water or you can have it roughly pasted too.

Chickpeas thick sauce is ready to have.

Note : Masundari have medicinal values. If you are someone with constipation problem, please do not consume it . For a clear glowing skin have Masundari paste mixed with water in the morning empty stomach and see the result.
